Initial exam
The initial visit allows me time to hear all of the issues that limit your life or concerns you have and make sure that I can help you. And once the paperwork is filled out, I conduct my interview, we can then spend the rest of the time with treatment.

Regular session
A typical visit covers a quick assessment and then either needling, or other type of therapies. Each visit may be different, depending on your progress or new things that you want to work on.

This may be for patients with muscle issues, stress relief, or another ailment that can be helped with cupping.

Auricular acupuncture session
This is a session where needles are placed in an ear for up to 20 minutes. This is usually for weight loss, smoking cessation, PTSD, stress, or other ailments that can be effectively helped with this type of therapy. I also have an additional therapy that uses small pieces of tape so that the patient may stimulate these acupoints until they see me again.

Scar Therapy
The tissue under the scar is injected with procaine and B12 to seperate the layers that are stuck together. This visit can be 20 to 50 minutes, depending on how the body is responding to therapy. Free consultation to talk about depth and length of scar in order to estimate the time it will take.

Point Injection Therapy
This therapy treats nerve pain, edema, knots in muscles, deficiencies in the body, and many more ailments. Possible substances: Lidocaine, procaine, B-12, homeopathics, chinese herbs, or saline. There is additional charge for more than two injectables.

A modern approach
It’s essential for me to provide personal attention for each of my patients. Our first exam and treatment time will be 90 minutes. This allows me to truly listen to you and we can talk about what path best fits your situation. The following visits will be 15, 30, 50, or 60 minutes, depending on services needed at that time. Typically, at the beginning, meetings may be twice a week if you need them, or they are weekly for about six to eight visits. I always ask progress of the situation so if we need to change the plan, we can. The desired outcome is to lessen the frequency of visits to eventually not needing them at all…healing!!!
